Barbecue & Sweet Shop

Join us for Mt. Carmel’s Barbecue & Sweet Shop, one of our longest-running and most cherished traditions! Held twice each year—on the last Friday in April and the first Friday in October—this community favorite has been bringing people together for generations.

Enjoy savory barbecue and Brunswick stew, then stop by the Sweet Shop for delicious homemade treats. Come for the food, fellowship, and a Mt. Carmel tradition that has nourished both body and spirit for generations.

Pumpkin Patch

Celebrate fall at our Pumpkin Patch, a beloved tradition for our church and local community! Throughout October, the church grounds come alive with pumpkins, storytelling, and seasonal activities for all ages.

Bring the family, plan a school field trip, or stop by with friends to pick out the perfect pumpkin and enjoy the beauty of the season. Whether it’s your first visit or an annual tradition, we look forward to welcoming you to the Patch!

Open daily October 4–31 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat

Join us at Mt. Carmel for an afternoon of fall fun at our Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat! Families and friends from throughout the community are invited to enjoy a festive celebration filled with activities, decorated trunks, treats, and plenty of Halloween fun.

Come in costume, bring your trick-or-treat bag, and enjoy a fun and welcoming way to celebrate the season together. All ages are welcome!
